Earlier this month Conall and BC celebrated Dad's Night at Conall's school! The night had a race car theme with stoplight cookies:) I love this night, Conall had been looking forward to it for so long and he had missed 2 days of school this week, but toughed it out for the evening. He was not going to miss it!

Ski Trip 15
We took the two oldest down to Perfect North for a little skiing (and even some tubing after!). The boys did amazing! It took a couple of runs holding on to dad's poles, but once they felt comfortable they were off on their own! We loved watching them have so much fun, even when they wiped out:) A guy told me he heard Conall giggling the whole way down on one run! Before calling it a day, we headed over to go snow tubing...so much fun! It was dark and fast and the boys screamed and laughed so loud! I'm looking forward to many, many more family ski trips.

Christmas 2014 & NYE
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
What a wonderful season we had. We were able to celebrate Christmas with both the O'Rourke's and Butler's and had an awesome time with our families.
This year Declan sang in Christmas Eve mass (we didn't really get to see much of as him as we were way back in the cry room) and Gram and Grandad joined us after for a delicious dinner, with brownies of course! The boys put out cookies and reindeer food and we're tucked in bed ready to fall asleep, they were so excited that Santa was coming! Declan woke up first and after we rounded everyone up, we headed downstairs to find that Santa had come! They had such a great time opening gifts and being excited for one another. It was so special to watch, we are so lucky. Here's a few pictures of Christmas morning followed by some of our crazy New Years Eve (popcorn, brownies and a movie)!

December Happenings
It has been a busy couple of weeks leading up to Christmas!
Declan had his Christmas program at school...he did so well along with all of the other kids:)
We headed to the Children's Museum to have a visit with Santa...Look! No one is crying! Galvan loved seeing Santa this year, even told him what he wanted...trucks and blocks! The boys had a ton of fun playing in Jolly Days and we of course did the Yule Slide a couple of times:)
According to G, reindeer are called reindudes!
Declan and his Louisville team have had a rough go this season, but they are not discouraged and we're all hoping for a win soon!
We went downtown to the Circle of Lights to mail our letters to Santa and pick out some chocolate, this is something we do every year, it's one of my favorite things:)

#2 is out!
The second bottom tooth is out! Once again I pulled out, I'm getting really good at this:) I don't think any others are loose right now, so it might be awhile before the Tooth Fairy visits!
yuletide 2014
Last week we attended the Yuletide Celebration at the Hilbert Circle Theatre with BC's work. Little Galvan stayed home as it was a long night and we're pretty sure he would not have sat through any of the performance! The two big guys were so excited to Santa, get their faces painted, get balloon hats and eat all the yummy food! Elsa, Anna and Olaf where even there! It was such a fun night, next year Galvan will get to come:)
