Declan's first trim

...and I say trim because it really wasn't a "cut", we just took a bit off of the front:) I'll have to trim up the back another day, he wouldn't sit still long enough! He made it almost 16 months without a trim (he'll be 16 months on the 16th...my birthday), but we have family pictures this weekend so it had to be done!! Here's his before...
