This was taken the afternoon of his birthday:)  He's been practicing and just keeps getting better, won't be too long until he's running!

one year old

 New boo is 1! 

My goodness has this past year gone by too quickly.  Galvan is an amazing little guy, he completes our family to the fullest, we couldn't have imagined how lucky we'd be to have him as our littlest dude.  He takes the cake as the best little brother:)  He loves his big brothers so much and no one can make him smile and laugh like they do.  G is by far the chilliest of the three, but couldn't be more like them in all the other ways!  He's a great eater, sleeps way better (although that's no saying too much) and has the same awesome belly laugh.  He's so, so close to walking.  He's started to take steps on his own, but prefers to hang on to one of our fingers.  We love to hear him say "da da" and "ma ma".  He's been loving the pool too, which is great because we're there all the time:)  We'll celebrate tonight with his first taste of cake!

cheers to 6 years!

 It's our 6th Anniversary!  Wow, we can't believe it's been six years since our wedding day:) 

Last night we (us and our three awesome dudes) went out to celebrate at La Margarita in Fountain Square, it was great food with a chill atmosphere, we'll definitely being going back!  After dinner we walked up the block to Cultured Swirl for some frozen yogurt:)

Last night we took off Declan's training wheels and by 11:30 this morning he was riding all by himself! 

 

5 and 3 + one month

Declan and Conall have been up to quite a lot this past month...most of our days are spent at the pool, we love to stop by the library to earn points for the summer reading program and we've been busy hanging out with friends.  Last week the boys started tennis lessons...Declan loves it and is doing great, Conall went out on the court twice during the first lesson and has yet to return!  Declan's confidence in the pool has sky rocketed...he know goes down all three of the big tube slides and the high dive!  Conall is getting braver by jumping off the wall and has started going under water for fun.  This week Declan started basketball camp at his school (it's for K-3) and so far he's loving it too!  They've been busy, but they couldn't be happier and that makes us smile.  We love you boo's!

4th of july fun

 What a fun 4th of July weekend we had!  We started at G/G Butler's with sprinklers, slip and slide, golf cart rides, boat rides, fireworks and lots of cousins and food!  BC and I also ran in the Flotilla Road Race...he's such a trooper slowing down to "jog" at my pace!

 My old buddy Dan was in town with his girlfriend Natasha and we were able to spend some time with them in the Tiki Hut!

 We spent Saturday up at Sylvan Lake visiting Great Gram and Great Gramp Klein:)  And the rest of the day/night at Gem Island with a whole bunch of O'Rourke's!  Declan spent most of the day in the lake or playing cards.  Conall kept busy squirting his cousins!  Galvan decided that no one else could hold him except me and he made that quite clear.  The fireworks that night were so awesome, the boys loved them and it was fun watching them enjoy them so much.

After a quick rain a full, double rainbow came out!  It was the most amazing rainbow we have ever seen, pictures dont' do it justice, it was so beautiful!  Thanks to our families for spending such a great weekend with us!
