Yo Gabba Gabba!!

Yesterday we took the boys to see Yo Gabba Gabba Live!  It was down town at the Murat and it was AWESOME!  We weren't sure how long Declan would last, this is the first time we've ever taken him to anything like this, but he did great.  He was pretty excited through out the show and even sang part of the bubble song:)  We got him a colored light stick, which he thinks is pretty cool!
Here's the boys before we left for Yo Gabba Gabba!

The boys with a big Muno:)

How great are the DJ Lance Rock glasses?!
BC and I wore them the whole time!

apples, pumpkins and more

Today we went up to Tuttle's to pick some apples and find the perfect pumpkins!  We love that dad had the day off:)

At the park

This morning we met up with Mary and Lizzy at Holland Park in Fishers.  The kids had a fun time on the big playground and Mary showed Declan a new way to swing:)

Firetrucks!

If you don't know, Declan LOVES firetrucks!  So on Sunday morning we met up with Uncle Jon and he took Declan on a firetruck ride!  Declan got to go up on top of the trucks and inside the equipment truck (where we got to see Uncle Jon's helmet) before we went for our ride.  Uncle Jon even put the lights and sirens on:)  Declan didn't have to much to say during all this, he was just soaking it all in, but on the way home he was so excited to talk about it!  Uncle Jon also gave Declan a chocolate donut:)

pumpkins, a guitar and a fox hat

Saturday night we went next door to Aunt Tam's for some pizza and pumpkin decorating!  Declan didn't like the inside of the pumpkin and wouldn't touch it.."I don't like", he said!  So he and Delaney colored theirs with markers.  Some of Jake's "girlfriends" from school stopped over and carved some too (Declan loved having all of the girls attention!).  Oh, and Declan didn't eat any pizza, he had a Clif Bar instead (yep, he's my son!).
This awesome fox hat is Pop pop's (given to him by his friend Coz in Canada) and when Declan found it he put it on and loved it!  Totally cracks me up:)  He also loved Jake's Guitar Hero guitar!  Guess we don't need  to buy a Halloween costume when he can be foxy guitar player!!

Homecoming

This past Friday the little guys and I headed up to Wawasee and went to the WHS football game, it happened to be homecoming, which made me feel really old because my senior year homecoming was 13 years ago!  It was a chilly night, but Declan had fun eating M & M's, going into the locker room with Aunt Tam, coloring with Delaney and hanging with Jake.  He and Pop pop watched some of the game too:)  Conall and I stayed warm in the Moby!  Wawasee ended up beating Warsaw, way to go Warriors!
