We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend up at the lake. BC's family (the O'Rourke side) has had Gem Island in their family since 1889! It's a really cool place that BC grew up going to on Sylvan Lake. 
Declan got to spend lots of time with his cousins Kylie, Emily and Erin (5, 2, and 1) on the island. He wasn't too sure about the grass though:)
He loved going on boat rides and even got to drive with Grandad!

It was a really great weekend and nice start to our crazy, busy summer!
