4 yrs + 5 months and 2 yrs + 5 months

Well the two big boo's are getting bigger!  These two big brothers have had a pretty crazy month...since our floors are being redone we have basically moved in with Gram and Grandad (thank you!) and they have made themselves quite comfy in their new house:)  Declan has been studying Native Americans at school and had a Pow Wow yesterday...his Native American name is Running Fire and he was the best little indian ever!  Conall has enjoyed all the outside time he could get, he loves to be outside collecting leaves/sticks, kicking balls and running around.  We love you boo and boo 2, thanks for making us laugh and smile everyday:)

Boo x 3!!

 Happy Halloween!  Here's the spooky spider and silly pumpkin face jack-o-lanterns we made this year!  (They're inside because it was too cold to go out and light them and you can see how our floors are all tore up as we are in the process of getting new hardwood floors laid)

3 months

New boo is 3 months old!  Galvan has had an awesome month that has brought us lots of smiles and laughs.  Just like his big brothers he has a smile that melts your heart, such handsome little guys (thanks to their handsome dad)!  He's such a good eater and sleeps so much better than the other two ever did!  His eyes are blue, blue and his dark hair has been getting lighter and lighter:)  He still loves bath time and hanging out with his brothers at soccer and the museum or library.  These past 3 months have gone by so quickly, but we've enjoyed this little guy so much!  We love you new boo! 

4 yrs + 4 months and 2 yrs +4 months

Well the 2 biggest O'Rourke brothers have had a busy, fun month!  Lots of trips to the park and library, celebrating dad's birthday, a football game, soccer games and they even went roller skating at their cousin Delaney's birthday party! 

Declan has been so busy with soccer, he has 2 games a week!  He really likes to play goalie, but does so great on offense:)  At school he and his classmates performed a circus, went on a nature walk and disected owl pellets! 

Conall has been to story time (although he doesn't really pay attention to the librarian), the farmers market and has been practicing riding his bike...he's getting quite good:) 

We love you boo and boo 2!!



2 months

Galvan is two months old!  Yesterday he hit 8 weeks!

 He's had a busy month of soccer practice/games, walks on the Monon, trips to the park and museum, a football game and lots of eating and sleeping!!  He's loves to find his fingers and has started to give us some awesome smiles and coos!  His 2 month appointment is tomorrow morning and we can't wait to see how much he's grown!  We love new boo!



15 oz of baby powder....

As I said in an earlier post, Conall doesn't seem to hear me say "lay down and take a nap", yesterday he must have heard me say "get out the baby powder and make the most unbelievable mess you can in your room...and don't forget to add a little bottom paste in the mix too"!!  I really have no more words for this...it's okay to laugh, I did:)

 At least he was reading during all of this:)

 This is Declan's bed, it got the worst of it!

 Any ideas on how to get the powder out of those little grooves?

Right now he's taking a nap, I think.

 



Happy birthday Dad!

Happy birthday papa!  Yesterday BC turned a year older:)  We surprised him at work and brought him cupcakes...blue cake and green frosting!  He was super surprised to see us and really happy about the cupcakes as were his coworkers.

 Declan dug in and had two:)

 Really?  How can you be grumpy when there's a cupcake in front of you?

 The boys were excited to give dad the gifts they picked out for him (we went to the dollar store and they picked out whatever they thought he'd like...highlighters, oatmeal creme pies, car fresheners)!!

 BC and I went to Harry and Izzy's for his birthday dinner, the poor guy rarely gets steak at home! 

 After we got home we sang Happy Birthday and with the help of the boys he blew out the candles on his rice krispy treats:)
